Accessrec is a family-owned company founded in March 2013 in the United States. Accessrec Europe was created in March 2015 in France. Originally focused on beach and sea accessibility, Accessrec is now developing a complete range of solutions for access to nature and leisure activities. Handiplage
Handiplage is a French association that promotes beach access for all, and takes into account the four main types of disability (motor, visual, hearing and mental). The association labels beaches according to 4 levels of accessibility, and provides reliable information to users on the facilities available on coastal beaches, lakes and rivers.
French shores
Rivages de France is a French association dedicated to preserving our coastline and lakes. It brings together managers of natural areas to work towards the preservation and sustainable management of exceptional areas by representing them in the relevant bodies, coordinating their network and promoting their actions.
Tourism & Handicaps
The Tourisme & Handicaps association encourages discussion between tourism providers and disabled tourists and their representatives. It promotes its actions through the state-approved “Tourisme et Handicap” (Tourism and Disability) label, which raises awareness among tourism professionals of the need to welcome people with disabilities. It lists accessible tourist sites according to the 4 main types of disability.
