Terms and Conditions of Sale

The present conditions of sale are concluded, on the one hand, by the company A.R. INTERNATIONAL with a share capital of 154 790 Euros whose registered office is located at 33 Rue de Sterling 16400 Voeuil-et-Giget France, registered with the Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés de Angoulème under the number 941275133 hereinafter referred to as “A.R. INTERNATIONAL” and managing the website accessrec.eu and, on the other hand, by any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase via the website accessrec.eu hereinafter referred to as “the buyer”.

The present conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relations between A.R. INTERNATIONAL and the buyer and the conditions applicable to all purchases made through the accessrec.eu website. The acquisition of a product through this site implies an acceptance without reserve by the buyer of these conditions of sale which the buyer acknowledges having read prior to his order. Prior to any transaction, the buyer declares on the one hand that the purchase of products on the accessrec.eu website is not directly related to his professional activity and is limited to strictly personal use and on the other hand to have full legal capacity, allowing him to commit himself under these general conditions of sale.

A.R. INTERNATIONAL reserves the right to modify these conditions of sale at any time, in order to comply with any new regulations or to improve the use of its site. Therefore, the applicable conditions will be those in force at the date of the order by the buyer.

The products offered are those shown on the A.R. INTERNATIONAL accessrec.eu website, while stocks last. A.R. INTERNATIONAL reserves the right to modify the product range at any time. Each product is presented on the website in the form of a description of its main technical characteristics (dimensions, quantity, quality, etc.) The photographs are as accurate as possible but are not binding on the Seller. The sale of products presented on the accessrec.eu website is intended for all buyers residing in countries that fully authorize the entry of these products into their territory.

The prices appearing on the product sheets of the internet catalog are prices in Euros (€) including all taxes (TTC) taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the VAT rate may be reflected in the price of the products. The company A.R. INTERNATIONAL reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood however that the price appearing in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer. The prices indicated do not include delivery costs, which are invoiced in addition to the price of the products purchased according to the total amount of the order. In metropolitan France, for any order greater than or equal to 250 euros including all taxes, shipping costs are free; for any order less than 250 euros including all taxes, a flat rate of 20 euros including all taxes will be charged to the buyer.

– Payment by credit card: the buyer selects the products he wishes to order in the “basket”, modifies if necessary (quantities, references…), checks the delivery address or informs a new one. Then the shipping costs are calculated and submitted to the buyer, as well as the name of the carrier. Then, the buyer chooses the payment method of his choice: “Payment by credit card”. Finally, the last step proposes to verify all the information, to read and accept the present general conditions of sale by checking the corresponding box, then invites him to validate his order by clicking on the button “Confirm my order”. This last click forms the final conclusion of the contract. Upon validation, the buyer receives an order form confirming the registration of his order. Upon receipt of funds, the order will be processed and the buyer will be notified by email. ACCESSREC EUROPE will ship the products at the earliest 2 working days after receipt of the transfer corresponding to the order, subject to provisions.
Confirmation of an order implies acceptance of these conditions of sale, acknowledgement of full knowledge and waiver of its own conditions of purchase. All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will be worth proof of the transaction. If the purchaser has an e-mail address and has provided it on the order form, A.R. INTERNATIONAL will send an e-mail confirming that the order has been registered.

A.R International retains full ownership of the products sold until full payment has been received, in principal, costs and taxes included.

Under Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen working days from the delivery of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and thus return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, except for return costs.

Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form, which can only be in the agreed geographical area. Deliveries are made by carrier, delivery service with tracking. Delivery times are given as an indication only; if they exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer reimbursed. The company A.R International may provide the buyer with the tracking number of his parcel by e-mail. The buyer is delivered to the address indicated by the carrier chosen by A.R International. The risks associated with transport are borne by the purchaser from the moment the items leave the premises of the company A.R International. Integrate the transfer of risk and property related to incoterms The buyer is required to verify in the presence of the deliverer, the condition of the packaging of the goods and its contents upon delivery. All products supplied by A.R International are covered by the legal warranty provided by articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code. In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned to the company A.R International, which will take it back, exchange it or refund it. All claims, requests for exchange or refund must be made by post to the following address: A.R International, 33 Rue de Sterling 16400 Voeuil-et-Giget France, within thirty days of delivery or electronically to contact(at)accessrec.eu.

In the distance selling process, A.R International is only bound by an obligation of means. Its responsibility cannot be engaged for a damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, rupture of the service, or other involuntary problems.

All elements of the www.accessrec.eu website are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of A.R International. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site whether they are in the form of photo, logo, visual or text.

AA.R International is committed to preserving the confidentiality of information provided by the buyer, which he/she may be required to transmit in order to use certain services. Any information concerning him is subject to the provisions of the law n° 78-17 of January 6, 1978. As such, the user has a right to access, modify and delete information about him. The present conditions of remote sale are subjected to the French law. For all disputes or litigation, the competent court will be that of Angoulème.

In order to purchase a PRODUCT, the CLIENT must be at least 18 years of age and have legal capacity or, if he is a minor, be able to prove the agreement of his legal representatives.

The CUSTOMER will be asked to provide information such as his or her last name, first name, email address, telephone number, billing address and delivery address, allowing him or her to be identified by completing the form available on the SITE. The sign (*) indicates the mandatory fields that must be filled in for the CLIENT’s order to be processed by the SELLER.

The CUSTOMER can check the status of his order on the SITE. Tracking of DELIVERIES can, if necessary, be done using the online tracking tools of some carriers. The information that CUSTOMER provides to SELLER when placing an order must be complete, accurate and up-to-date.

The SELLER reserves the right to ask the CUSTOMER to confirm, by any appropriate means, his identity, his eligibility and the information provided.

Any modification of the legislation or regulations in force, or any decision of a competent court invalidating one or more clauses of these General Conditions shall not affect the validity of these General Conditions. Such a modification or decision does not authorize CLIENTS to disregard these General Conditions.

Any terms and conditions not expressly dealt with herein shall be governed in accordance with the usage of the retail sector for companies whose registered office is located in France.

All visual and audio elements of accessrec.eu, including the underlying technology used, are protected by copyright, trademark and/or patent law.

These elements are the exclusive property of the SELLER. Any person who publishes a website and wishes to create a direct hyperlink to www.accessrec.eu must request prior written authorization from the SELLER.

This authorization of the SELLER will not be granted in any case in a final way. This link must be removed at the request of the SELLER. Hypertext links to the SITE using techniques such as framing or in-line linking are strictly prohibited.
